Inbetweeners stars James Buckley and Joe Thomas are set to portray Oasis’ Liam and Noel Gallagher in a fictional reunion for comic relief.

As fans speculated on social media following substantial hints suggesting a comedic venture related to Oasis, it was confirmed that Buckley and Thomas would rejoin forces on screen for an Oasis parody.
Best known for their roles as Jay and Simon in Inbetweeners, the pair teased fans with a photo together—reportedly taken on set—captioned by Buckley: “Don’t call this a comeback.”
In a statement to Radio Times, Buckley expressed it was an “honor to be asked” to participate in the sketch, adding, “Of course, being a huge fan of Oasis, playing Liam for this special occasion was a dream.”
