Earlier this month, Hadreas spoke with NME about the inspiration behind *Glory*, discussing how those in the music industry need to prioritize their own well-being while in the spotlight.

“I think that one of the things that makes me shy in my everyday life is that people don’t take me seriously because I am small or communicate differently,” he shared, reflecting on the lyrics of “This Is the Mirror.”

“I thought about how I couldn’t talk to my neighbor; it would just be too alarming. And yet I perform on stage and sing in front of people, and I’m no longer afraid of it,” he added. “I felt a sense of purpose regarding my work that motivated me to focus on it. I take my music seriously, and it’s rewarding to see that people respect it as well.”
