Ellie Dixon’s New Single
Ellie Dixon shared her new single 'Guts', a self-produced track that was mastered at Abbey Road Studios.

This release comes after her Winter 2024 single “Renaissance,” which followed a year of Dixon collaborating with VISA for the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics, as well as touring with UPSAHL.
“Guts,” which Dixon describes as a “samba-rock-dnb-pop fusion” that depicts the frustrations of a troubled mind, signifies a new, heavier direction for the emerging artist.
“Guts was born out of a conversation I had with friends who were sharing stories from their teenage years. Since everyone was telling stories of parties, dates, and rebellions, I had nothing to add. Being a nervous child, I did not go out, did not meet, I did not have such adventures. At that moment, I saw all these experiences that I had missed due to anxiety, and I felt a surge of anger. Guts is a therapeutic outlet for that anger. A party song for those who haven't been to a party. A song to help those who haven’t screamed loudly,” Dixon explains.
