The US President made remarks while the Philadelphia Eagles visited the White House to commemorate their victory in the 2025 Super Cup.

Both Trump and Swift were present to witness the Eagles’ triumph over the leaders (40-22) in February at the Super Dome in New Orleans. Trump became the first sitting president to attend the Super Bowl in person.

Swift, on the other hand, was there to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, the leader of the Kansas City Chiefs. The singer appeared bewildered by the crowd’s reaction during the game, exclaiming, “What is happening?”

Trump’s Reaction to Swift

At that time, Trump also mocked Swift for being booed during the game. He took to social media to share a post from the Libs of Tiktok account, which claimed: “Trump receives huge cheers at the Super Bowl, while Taylor Swift is booed.”

He also expressed that “the world heals!” in reaction to the icy reception Swift faced at the event.

Previously, Trump admitted that he “hates” Swift, following her comments regarding the US elections in September after the first debate between Kamala Harris and Trump. In an Instagram update shared with her 284 million followers, she withdrew her support for the former vice president and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

In this post, she praised Harris as a “capable, gifted leader,” stating that “we can achieve much more in this country if we are led by calm, not chaos.” She also referred to herself as “Taylor Swift, the childless cat lady,” a response to a remark made by J. D. Vance, Trump’s candidate for Vice President in 2021.
