Daylight announces UK tour
Daylight has revealed plans for a UK tour scheduled for March 2025, featuring a performance in London at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
About Sloane Struble and new album
An indie pop project spearheaded by Texas native Sloane Struble, who recently wrapped up an expansive North American tour promoting their self-titled album, now available through Mercury/Polydor Label Group.
“When I was 18 years old, I recorded my album Fuzzybrain. I was a pretty introverted kid from a pretty small town in Texas, so I didn’t expect anything ‘commercial’ to happen for the record—I just made it for my own enjoyment, really,” Struble reflects. “As a fan of the 2010 indie music scene (MGMT, The Strokes, Phoenix, Passion Pit, etc.), I was curious to see what kind of album I could create alone in my bedroom. And so, in the pursuit of making something I love, Dayglow came to life.”
“Since then, I've fully embraced being Daylight, and my life has become a surreal blend of everything I once thought I might achieve. Yet, I feel like I haven’t truly introduced myself. Therefore, I view this new album as my debut. Same name, big show. The previous three records documented my growth, influences, and childhood. Now, Dayglow steps into the world in its most authentic form, with clarity and confidence. I want this album to capture what Dayglow genuinely looks, sounds, and feels like.”
