Conor McGregor Collapses During Limp Bizkit’s Dublin Performance After Yelling for Fred Durst

Conor McGregor Booed By Fans

Conor McGregor was booed by Limp Bizkit fans during the Nu Metal band show at Dublin’s 3Arena last night (March 11).

Fan Reactions To McGregor’s Presence

On the eve of the show, the mixed martial artist posted on Instagram that he “will hit the Mosh pit center if someone is looking for their jaw and their teeth were sent.”

Despite frontman Fred Durst joking that they could “go to the slow dance” during the show, McGregor’s presence at 3Arena was not well received by the audience.

“It seems that you are in love with Conor McGregor here,” said the vocalist, receiving a loud chorus of boos in response. “I will be with you,” Durst continued, “from what I heard, he is actually there now…”

While McGregor’s attendance was popular on social media, fans in attendance indicated that the overwhelming disapproval of McGregor was quite loud.

“Booing was very loud in the arena,” one fan wrote on Reddit. “I can’t imagine that his ego would appreciate being mocked, laughed at, and booed. Fred knew what he was doing.”

“Fred mentioned a song or two, and it boiled again,” noted another concertgoer. “One of the night moments for me.”

In November, McGregor was ordered to pay nearly 250,000 euros (208,000 pounds) in damages by Nikita Hand, who won her civil court claim after accusing him of assaulting her. The incident occurred at a hotel in December 2018, but McGregor claimed in court that the encounter was entirely consensual.
