Co-Founder of Bad Boy Records Joins Legal Action Against Diddy, Alleging “Forced Compliance” with Sexual Acts

Severe Allegations Against Sean Combs

The co-founder of Bad Boy Records has filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs, alleging sexual harassment and the “forced observance of degradation of sexual actions.”

Kirk Burrose, who established the influential label featuring notable artists like Faith Evans and Lil Kim alongside Combs in 1993, initiated the lawsuit on Friday (February 28). He describes a workplace rife with sexual and physical violence.

According to reported news by Katya Stone, Burrose claims that Combs’ offensive behavior escalated into physical violence, blackmail, and financial extortion.

Representatives for Didi have not commented on the lawsuit. However, Combs’ team responded to other lawsuits earlier this week, asserting: “Regardless of how many trials were filed… This will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never endured sexual violence or entered any form of sexual trade.”

Burrose asserts that Combs groped him and forced him to witness Combs engaging in sexual acts with colleagues in their Manhattan offices. He recounts an alleged incident in 1995 when Combs approached him naked and “demanded that he watch Combs masturbating,” and another incident where Combs allegedly prevented him from leaving by restraining him and simulating sexual acts until he ejaculated.

Burrose was terminated from Bad Boy in 1997, claiming that a year prior, Combs burst into his office wielding a baseball bat and attempted to coerce him into signing over his 25% share in the company “or face serious consequences.”

Ongoing Legal Issues for Sean Combs

In September of the previous year, Didi was arrested and faced multiple charges, including sexual trafficking and racketeering. He has since been held in federal custody in his hometown while awaiting a court date scheduled for May 5.

Didi has repeatedly been denied bail, with his first denial occurring after he offered a bond of $50 million (approximately £38.4 million). Following this, he was placed on suicide watch.

Last month, attorney Tony Buzby anticipated that by the end of February, more than ten new civil lawsuits would be filed against Combs, whose legal team continues to deny all allegations.

Today (March 1), a participant from the group Creed, Sarah Rivers, filed a lawsuit seeking $60 million, claiming that Combs sexually pursued her and touched her inappropriately during a filming session. Another lawsuit was filed by a former participant from the reality show I Want to Work for Didi, Kendra Huffini, alleging repeated sexual violence.

On Wednesday (February 26), a male escort from Florida also filed a lawsuit asserting that Combs sexually assaulted him in 2012. Additionally, one of Combs’s lawyers recently withdrew from the upcoming sexual trafficking case, citing an inability to effectively represent Combs under the American Bar Association standards for criminal justice.

A woman who alleged sexual abuse occurring in 2000, when she was just 13 years old, has also recently voluntarily dismissed her lawsuit. Combs’s attorneys have stated that no settlement was reached between the parties.
