Final Concert Details
Last week, Osbourne and his team announced their last live performance, scheduled to take place in Birmingham on July 5. The group also revealed the opening acts and special guests, including major names like Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Lamb of God, Mastodon, Alice in Chains, Halestorm, recent Grammy winner Moira, and many more.
In a conversation with Indie Power TV on YouTube, Daisley, who has contributed significantly to the solo catalogue of the Prince of Darkness since 1980, noted that he was invited to join the show.
During the discussion, the bassist reflected on the success of his time with Ozzy: “Honestly, I don’t think I want to be part of this day. It might be embarrassing, but let’s see. Let’s see.” (as transcribed by Blabbermouth)

The bassist also mentioned feeling overlooked when Mr. Singer Crowley was inducted into the Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame last year.
“I didn’t expect to be mentioned. I anticipated this due to some past disputes between us – there were claims and legal issues. I wasn’t surprised by the lack of acknowledgment. Many believed it was wrong of them not to mention me, but I really didn’t expect it, so I’m not surprised,” he stated.
Special Collaborations at the Concert
In related news, Sharon Osbourne recently announced that the Black Sabbath concert will feature collaborations between Tom Morello, Danny Carey from Tool, and Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan.
Speaking with NME at Villa Park, shortly after the announcement of the final Black Sabbath concert, Sharon shared insights about these collaborations: “Tom Morello is going to play with Tool’s drummer, Danny Carey, and they will have Billy Corgan with them – all of them are from Chicago, so they are doing their thing together.”
In a discussion with NME, Sharon also commented on the band’s legacy, stating: “You cannot overlook it. The fact that they are leaving behind such an incredible body of work for the world is monumental. As long as you have that, it will never be a goodbye. This legacy is eternal.”
She added that her husband Ozzy is currently feeling “very emotional” about the final show, noting that this is “what he wants.”
