Classic FM Celebrates Video Game Soundtracks

Classic FM has confirmed a new show celebrating the legacy of video game soundtracks.

Classic FM usually plays music by Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Bach, and Strauss, but Next level will share music from iconic video game soundtracks. The program will be presented by YouTuber DanTDM.

Show Details and Schedule

Throughout the series, DanTDM will “showcase the best gaming music packed into every 60-minute program.” The first episode will air this Saturday (January 11) and will “celebrate gaming’s most iconic soundtracks, including The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy 7, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Street Fighter 2 and Mining craft.”

Next level will air every Saturday night on Classic FM from 9pm to 10pm until Easter. It will also be available to stream for 7 days after broadcast via the official Classic FM app.
