Cheryl is reportedly being stalked by a convicted killer who visited her home following the death of Liam Payne.

The alleged incident comes after the former Girls Aloud singer and TV presenter endured a difficult few months following the death of her ex, Liam Payne. They were in a relationship from 2016 to 2018 and share a seven-year-old son named Bear.
The former One Direction lead singer died on October 16 after a fatal fall from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Sources, including Star and Sun, recently reported that Cheryl is being stalked by a man previously convicted of manslaughter.
In addition to being charged with manslaughter in 2012, the man served four months in prison last year for an offense committed in July. He is also reported to “exhibit fixed, intrusive, unwanted and repetitive behavior” towards Cheryl, according to Star.
The man previously received a three-year restraining order from the singer, which barred him from contacting her, visiting her address, or entering Buckinghamshire. Reports indicate that he has been charged with violating the restraining order.
On December 10, the man allegedly entered Buckinghamshire and went “to an address where (he) knew or believed Cheryl Tweedy was present” in an attempt to make contact with her.
Cheryl’s Concerns for Bear
The alleged incidents involving Cheryl reportedly date back to last year when she made her West End debut in the show 2:22 Ghost Story. During this time, he reportedly sent her disturbing messages and flowers.
According to Sun, the man pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Kingston Crown Court in 2012 after attacking a man at a homeless shelter. A month after the attack, the victim returned to the hospital and died a day later. The cause of death was attributed to a left ankle fracture, pulmonary embolism, and deep vein thrombosis in the left leg.
Reports of the man’s violations of the restraining order and alleged attempts to contact Cheryl emerged after the first X Factor judge spoke about Payne’s “indescribably painful” death, urging people to “give Liam what little dignity he has left.”
“As I try to process this earth-shattering event and manage my grief during this indescribably painful time, I would like to gently remind everyone that we have lost a person,” she expressed.
“Liam was not just a pop star and celebrity; he was a son, brother, uncle, dear friend, and father to our seven-year-old son. A son who will now have to face the reality of never seeing his father again.
“My greatest concern is that Bear will one day come across the disturbing reporting and exploitation from the media that we have witnessed over the past two days,” she continued. “It breaks my heart even more that I cannot shield him from this in the future.”
Yesterday (January 8), a doctor at a new UK inquest confirmed Liam Payne’s cause of death as “polytrauma,” indicating multiple traumatic injuries to organ systems in the body.
In Argentina, five individuals have been charged in connection with the death: Payne’s friend Roger Nores, CasaSur Palermo hotel manager Gilda Martin, front desk manager Esteban Grassi, Ezequiel Pereira, and Brian Pais.
Nores, Martin, and Grassi were charged with wrongful death, with the judge noting: “I do not believe (Nores, Martin, and Grassi) planned and intended for Payne to die. They did not plan the outcome but created a legally unacceptable risk.”
