Check Out Lady Gaga’s New Song Inspired by Wildfires: “All Mee Time It Time” in Fireaid

Lady Gaga’s Debut Performance

Lady Gaga debuted at the Fireaid Benefit concert for Los Angeles Wildfires this week with her new song “Everything I Need, This Time” – look below.

Inspiration Behind the Song

The song was written by Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polanski and was directly inspired by the destructive fires. Gaga gave him his first public performance during his appearance at the “Intuit Dome” on Thursday (January 30).

“I think that now we all need a lot of things, but I think that we may also need time,” Gaga noted before playing the song led by Jaunty. See footage here:

Gaga also performed two tracks from A Star Is Born at Fireaid – “Small” and “Always Remember Us This Way.”

It remains unclear whether “Everything That I Need, This Time” will be included in her upcoming eighth album “Mayhem”, set to release on March 7. To date, she has released the first two singles, “Disease” and “Die from a Smile,” with a third single expected to debut during a commercial break at the Grammys this weekend.

Gaga described “Mayhem” as “full chaos” in terms of genre, stating that its influences range from 90s alternative, electronic grobs, melodies of Prince and Bowie, to funky bass lines, French electronic dance, and analog synthesis.

She will also pay tribute to Los Angeles with Bruno Mars at the Grammys, which takes place on Sunday (February 2). They will join Billie Eilish, Charlie XCX, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Ray, and Chris Martin from Coldplay as performers.

The “Poker Face” singer will also be part of the lineup for Saturday Night Live: SNL 50: Concert Return to Homeland scheduled for February 14. Gaga is also set to perform at Coachella 2025 in April alongside Post Malone and Green Day.

Other highlights from Fireaid included Yoni Mitchell, who gave a rare public performance, and Billie Eilish joined Green Day for a lively rendition of “Last Night on Earth,” marking an unforgettable reunion to perform some of their hits.

A major talking point from the show was the surprise appearance of the surviving members of Nirvana, who were joined by St. Vincent, Kim Gordon, Joan Jett, and Dave Grohl’s daughter Violet on vocals.
