Roskilda Festival Lineup Updates
Roskilda festival has revealed 20 new acts for its 2025 lineup, featuring Charlie XCX, Tila, and Africa Express.
Charlie XCX Returns
In the latest announcement from the Danish festival, Charlie XCX will take the stage again at the iconic Orange scene after her performance on the festival’s second-largest stage last year.
“Charlie XCX is one of the most vital voices in pop today. With her fearless and innovative approach, she defies conventions and redefines performances like no one else. True to her style, she has crafted a stunning new show concept, and we eagerly anticipate her return to Orange this summer,” said Thomas Sönderby Jepsen from the Roskilda festival.
New Additions to the Lineup
The Orange scene will also host Africa Express, a collective led by Blur and Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn, which will perform new material from their upcoming album. South African artist Tyla is set to join the bill following the release of her debut album in 2024, after her postponed performance at last year’s festival.
Other newly announced acts include Brazilian group Charang to France, Congo’s Ngwaka Son Systéme, and Sweden’s Katarina Barruk. These artists complement a previously announced lineup featuring Olivia Rodrigo, Stormi, Dochia, FKA Twigs, Fontaines DC, Nine Inch Nails, and Arca.
