Turnstile debuted three tracks from their highly anticipated album, Never Apport, this past weekend—check out the frames below.

The hardcore group from Baltimore performed their first show at Wyman Park Dell on Saturday (May 10) where they premiered “Never,” “Sein ‘Stars,” and “Birds.”

These tracks are part of their forthcoming album, a follow-up to their breakthrough 2021 release Glow ON. The fourth studio album is set to drop on June 6 and is available for pre-order here.

Live Performance Highlights

As displayed below, the show titled “Never Enough” featured several members of a massive crowd jumping onto the stage and diving into a sea of hands, while a substantial circular mosh pit formed at the center of the crowd.

In a recent interview with the New York Times, the band discussed their new album, including a track titled “Mad Flavors.” Frontman Brendan Yates shared: “Every time you release something new, you lose a bunch of people. You, as it were, simply hug her… The music that we create is not necessarily defined by sounds; it’s defined by people. If music does not reflect people, then what is it?”

Furthermore, the band will make an appearance at Glastonbury 2025, joining the likes of headline acts Nila Yang, The 1975, and Olivia Rodrigo, along with many other famous names including Biffy Clyro, McCabi, Lucy Dacus, Father John Misty, and Wolf Alice.

They will also host an album release show in Brooklyn at K Bridge on June 5. Tickets are still available here.

In a five-star review of Turnstile’s 2021 album Glow On, NME remarked that the album “goes further than most, paving the way for others.” They added, “Sometimes not knowing where you’re going next is the most exciting thing.”

After their previous record, Turnstile’s original guitarist Brady Ebert confirmed in 2022 that they would “part ways.”
