New Single Release
Black Country, New Road has unveiled a new single titled 'Happy Birthday', which is set to be featured on their forthcoming album 'Forever', scheduled for release on April 4 through Ninja Melody.
Album Details
This track marks the second preview of their third studio album, following the lead single “Besties.” The new record represents their first studio release since 2022’s “Ants From There” and follows the 2023 release of “Live At Bush Hall.”
Produced by James Ford, this album showcases the group’s new dynamic, with vocal duties and songwriting now divided among Tyler Hyde, Georgia Elleri, and May Kershaw.
Hyde shares insights on the writing process for “Happy Birthday,” stating: “When I wrote ‘Happy Birthday,’ I had Georgia’s song ‘Besties’ in my mind, which influenced its structure significantly.”
The single is complemented by a music video featuring Leslie-Ann Rose, depicting two birds aiding each other in evading hunters in a forest setting.
