Billy Corgan from Smashing Pumpkins has welcomed a “happy and healthy” third child with his wife Chloe Mendel Korgan.

The frontman and his wife Chloe celebrated the arrival of their third child, daughter Juno Corgan, on Tuesday (March 18). They shared the joyful news with People. The newborn was welcomed into the world at the “key clock” in their Highland Park home.
“My wife Chloe is doing well and recovering, and the baby is happy, healthy, and cared for,” Korgan expressed. “We are truly grateful for all the well wishes, support, and love, and extend our thanks to those who have assisted Chloe and the baby in their safe, peaceful home birth.”
“The children are absolutely thrilled about their new sister. August (9) and Philomas (6) can’t wait until she’s old enough to play with them,” he added.

Last month, the iconic rock musician sat down with NME to discuss the ongoing debate about whether rock is “dead.” The “1979” artist emphasized that the essence of rock -N -roll will continue to thrive, driven by the interests of younger generations who may express their feelings of rebellion towards societal norms.
He also expressed excitement about performing at the upcoming final concert of Black Sabbath in Birmingham this summer.
“It’s going to be a magical experience. There’s so much love for Ozzy,” he said. “This event will encapsulate the spirit of rock -N -Roll. It’s a celebration rather than a reminiscence of events from 1972.”
In other news, the Smashing Pumpkins recently shared details about their upcoming massive show in Gunnesbury Park and the UK Tour in London this August, along with significant orchestral performances in their hometown, commemorating the 30th anniversary of *Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness*.
The band is set to perform at the Lyric Opera of Chicago for seven nights in November, presenting *Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness*, where Corgan and his bandmates will collaborate with the renowned house orchestra and choir for an entirely new auditory and visual experience.
