Kanye West’s Controversial Posts

Earlier this week (March 18), Kanye posted a series of messages on X/Twitter, which included disparaging remarks about BeyoncĂ© and Jay-Z’s seven-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir Carter. He suggested that the couple used in vitro fertilization to conceive their children while neglecting their cognitive development.

“Wait, someone someday saw how Jay and younger children Beyoncé are ********,” he tweeted. “No, literally, and that is why artificial insemination is such a blessing with the fact that children are a choice.”

Family Responses and Possible Legal Action

Matthew Knowles later shared his views on the issue with TMZ on March 21: “People pay the price for stupid, especially in the music industry. I hope that Kanye will receive the type of assistance he needs from a mental health perspective.”

His remarks were echoed by BeyoncĂ©’s mother, Tina Knowles, who also criticized Kanye for his offensive comments, stating, “It is difficult to remain positive and stylish in the face of ignorance and evil,” on Instagram. “But I know that not a single weapon formed against me or my family will prosper. This battle is not mine, but the Lord’s; I know that God has this.”

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are reportedly considering legal action against West for his comments, with a source telling The Page Six that the couple found the remarks “shocking” and “absolutely will not stand” for such “vulgar and insulting” statements.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian, Kanye’s ex-wife, also condemned his comments. An anonymous source revealed to The Page Six that Kardashian was “shocked” by Kanye’s posts and attempted to remain reasonable in her communications with him.

In other news, Beyoncé has added a second date in Las Vegas to her upcoming “Cowboy Carter” tour due to overwhelming fan demand. NME awarded the album five stars, praising it as an incredible artistic spectacle that showcases an intimate, vocal-oriented project while exploring the realm of country music.
