New visuals and album details
Today (January 17), the septet presented a stunning visual for their track “Really Like You,” featured on their November 2024 studio album “Drip.” The song was co-written by YG labelmate Mino from the boy band WINNER.
The video is set in a high school where the members of BABYMONSTER express their dreams, share knowing glances, and pen their feelings about a crush. “I want to say, to say that I love you / But boy, I like you, I really really like you / And in this moonlight we reach new heights.” they sing in unison.
Upcoming tour and additional K-pop news
“Really Like You” is the fifth track from BABYMONSTER’s debut studio album, Drip, to have a video produced, following the pre-release single “Forever,” and the singles “Drip,” “Clik-Clak,” and a B-side, “Love is in my heart.”
In support of “Drip,” BABYMONSTER announced in November 2024 that they will embark on their first “Hello Monsters” world tour in 2025. Kicking off later this month at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, the girl group has revealed concerts in the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
In other K-pop news, girl group BBGirls, formerly known as Brave Girls, made their debut as a trio this week with the single “LOVE 2.” This release marks their first music since member Youjoung departed and signed with the new label Grandline Group.
