“Brilliant things will not receive respect when I build my own empire,” Asia reflects on the new track. “Marilyn Monroe was right about the girl who was the best friend of the girl, but in the 21st century, the girl doesn’t need a boy, and making money provides the strength to avoid working in 2025 … Sorry, Tony Montana. I am constructing my own empire, so you’ll need to bring more than just ‘brilliant things’. True love is what I seek.”
Recently, Asia supported Lola Young during the Australian leg of her tour “this is not for you” and also performed alongside Laura Mabibers in the UK.
