Arcade Fire has disclosed the cities and dates for their upcoming North American tour – see all details below.

New Album and Single Release

Last week (April 8), the band unveiled the details of their forthcoming album “Pink Elephant” and launched their new single – Visit here to pre-order a “Pink Elephant”.

They also teased short performances in intimate venues across North America, where they will preview the new record ahead of its release on May 9.

Arcade Fire has now announced the cities and dates for their live performances featuring the ‘living pink elephant,’ kicking off with two shows in Mexico City, followed by stops in New Orleans, Montreal, Brooklyn, and more – check the complete schedule below and Get tickets here.

Album Insights and Controversies

The album was previously highlighted by the euphoric single “The Year of the Snake,” showcasing a soothing vocal delivery and a debut on the bass, while frontman Butler sits behind the drum set with the band for the first time – listen to the song here.

As for the album itself, “Pink Elephant” is Arcade Fire’s seventh studio effort, exploring a Cinematic Mystical Punk approach. It spans 42 minutes and includes 10 new tracks, all recorded at Win and Régine’s own studio in New Orleans.

“Pink Elephant” marks the group’s first album release since Butler faced allegations of sexual misconduct, as four individuals accused the singer of inappropriate behavior, leading to feuds and departures from their tour.

Butler has responded to these allegations with a public statement, expressing regret for any offense caused but maintaining that “all relationships were consensual.”
