Music and Entertainment Law Firm Boyarski Fritz LLP has promoted Alex Stolls to partner.
Stolls represents a diverse range of clients, including Will Smith, Lil Kim, Blackpink, and Jisoo. He also works with producers such as Louis Bell, Circus, Hit-Boy, Tini, and Federico Vindver, as well as the estate of Earth, Wind & Fire and its founder, Maurice White.
He specializes in transactional legal work, which includes negotiating musical catalog agreements, recording contracts, and film and television deals. He provides counsel to a wide variety of clients encompassing artists, songwriters, music producers, record labels, music publishers, industry executives, social media platforms, film and television entities, and management firms.
Stolls’ New Role at Boyarski Fritz
In his new position at Boyarski Fritz, Stolls will leverage his extensive experience in entertainment and intellectual property law while leading the firm’s management team.

Stolls’ Professional Background
Stolls is an outside counsel for BMG, Create Music Group, Slipstream, Tommy Mottola, Electric Feels, as well as Austin Rosen at Neon16 and Lexicus, and Borrero at Invisible Universe. Prior to joining Boyarski Fritz, he worked at William Morris Endeavour and Cowen, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard.

Stolls’ promotion comes shortly after the London-based music law firm Russell Lawyers appointed its new partner, Liv Lyon, just two weeks ago. Additionally, in January, the American law firm for music and entertainment, King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP, promoted Bridget Alanis along with her colleague Harold Papino to partners.
