ADA Partners with FaroLatino
ADA, Warner Music Group’s global independent music distribution and artist services arm, has established a strategic partnership with FaroLatino, a Latin American music distributor based in Argentina.
Founded in 1995, FaroLatino identifies itself as the “first music distributor in Latin America.”
The company has expanded its operations to seven countries, fostering what it describes as “a robust catalog of independent artists, record labels, and content creators.”
Worldwide Distribution of FaroLatino’s Projects
Under the new agreement, ADA will manage the global distribution of music projects developed by FaroLatino’s label division, FaroLatino Music, focusing initially on producing albums and EPs for a “select group of artists.”
This partnership represents the latest effort by Warner Music Group to extend its reach in South America, following the recent acquisition of a minority stake in Sua Music, which runs an entertainment platform and regional music distribution service in Brazil.
ADA has also teamed up recently with a Dallas-based Mexican music label, Elegante reports, which earned two Latin Grammy Awards for El Plan (Best Tejano Music Album) and Rawayana (Best Pop Song), the latter also receiving a Grammy nomination for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album.
Notable Collaborations and Future Prospects
Among FaroLatino’s significant projects is a collaboration between Colombian 2025 Grammy nominee Jesse Uribe and three-time Latin Grammy winner Alejandro Fernandez on the track Tu Maniki under the Mano de Obra label. Additionally, the cross-genre single Vente Conmigo features Noche de Brujas alongside multiple Latin Grammy winner Jorge Celedon.
“This alliance marks an important chapter for both companies as we come together to champion Latin music on a global scale,” stated Javier Fainzaig, President of FaroLatino.
