Chloe Chisha has unveiled her latest single, “Sex, Drugs and Existential Fear.” This marks her second release of 2025.
About the New Single
The new track follows her previous single “Cool Girl of the 21st Century” and is part of her debut EP from 2024. It comes accompanied by a music video as well.
Inspiration Behind the Song
“Last year, Rob Milton, Mary Weiss, and I were listening to songs on Spotify when Jan Dope’s “Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll” came on. Mary laughed and asked, ‘What would today’s modern version of that title be?’” explains KSHA.
“We tossed around ideas like ‘sex, drugs and yoga’ and ‘sex, drugs and green juice,’ until someone finally said ‘existential fear’—what started as a joke quickly transformed into a complete song!”
“The song essentially reflects my life—I’m the biggest homebody and happiest when I’m on the couch lounging with my cats. But of course, that comes with a side of anxiety, because what would life be without a touch of existential fear?”
