Goldi Reprises Rufige Kru Role to Unveil New Single “Still” Featuring Casisdead and Announces Album “Alpha Omega”

Goldie’s New Single and Album Announcement

Alter Ego Ego Rufige Kru’s Goldie has returned by sharing the new single “Still” featuring Casisdead and announcing the upcoming Alpha Omega album.

The new track comes after many years of fan requests directed at Kazesdid, blending rap with bass-heavy drum tracks. This marks his first release since the critique of his 2023 album “Famous Last Words”. The track was produced by Goldi and Saturday.

Music Video and Director’s Insights

Meanwhile, the music video for “Still”, directed by Elliott Gonzo, portrays Goldi as the lord of AI, who is on the hunt for a vigilant Casisdead.

“It was a great honor for me to collaborate with such legends in the game,” Gonzo stated in the press release. “The freedom and trust they granted me allowed me to truly push the boundaries of what is possible with new technologies, merging animation and virtual production. A huge shoutout to my co-director, Simon, for helping bring these new worlds to life.”

The Alpha Omega album will be released on May 16 through London Records.

Regarding the album, Goldi expressed: “This is a rethinking. We returned to the source and extrapolated from there. I wanted to create something that genuinely represents where this music comes from… and where it’s headed.”

He added: “I traveled alongside James (Saturday) through every corner of this game, and now he is a formidable partner in Rufige Kru Echelon… Boss Levelz.”

“I have returned to my roots. This is a wonderful thing for me. I spent a lot of time honing my craft, developing these concepts, and collecting all these moments. However, the feeling of possibility is what drove me in the early days – that feeling is still here. I am still excited by this music and the paths it can take, just like all those years ago. The only limit is my imagination.”
