Faux Real and Wet Leg Unveil New Remix of “To Get Away from My Demons”

Faux Real Releases Remix

Faux Real has unveiled the new remix of their single “Leaving my demons,” featuring the talented Wet Leg.

Collaboration and New Sound

This track is part of their debut album, Faux Real 'Faux Ever', which was released under City Slang Records. The remix has been reimagined to capture the essence of the Isle of Wight duo, providing what the group describes as a “completely new sound experience.”

“After we opened for Wet Leg during their first tour in the USA in the fall of ’22, we quickly became friends. Therefore, when the opportunity to collaborate arose, it was an easy decision,” Faux Real shared. “Riana’s poignant lyrics perfectly complement the vibrant energy of Josh’s nighttime vibes, creating a cool confidence within the track — I maneuver through the neighborhood, you glance down, I feel good. It’s all about confronting our demons. Sometimes, the only way to escape feelings of inadequacy is to rise up and leave, but even that isn’t always enough. Seva, reap, repeat.”
