On Sunday (February 21), Bauer, who is a solo musician in addition to being an actor, released his first track of the year on YouTube. This new release features a cover of Euclid’s “Back me to Eden,” which gained fame in 2023.
Bauer’s rendition captures the same intensity as Sleep Token’s front, while mainly staying true to the original. The song begins with piano melodies and gradually builds in a crescendo, guided by metal influences.

Jamie Campbell Bauer’s Artistic Journey
Bauer, who gained fame for his role as a villainous character in Stranger, recently launched his new Bloodmagic group with the single “Death / Rebicket.” This is their only release so far, as he has also dropped two more solo singles: 'House' and 'Witch Bodmin Mav'.
Before his appearance in Stranger, Bauer spoke with NME about the creative freedom that comes with being a solo musician. “I feel creatively in the best space I’ve been in for a long time,” he shared. “I want to be cautious here because I don’t want to sound like “Oh, well, I’m a lone wolf,” but I go with my intuition.”

In a glowing five-star review of “Take Me Beat Me to Eden,” NME‘s Emma Wilks described the album as “an ambitious, emotional monolith of recordings, showcasing all the hallmarks of future classic status.”
The group is set to headline the Download Festival in June. Additionally, the drummer will perform at the final Black Sabbath show in Birmingham this July. Speaking about this monumental opportunity, he wrote: “With respect and great honor, I announce my participation in a tribute to the legendary @blacksabbath at the Villa Park stadium. Performing in the sacred territory of Birmingham, Great Britain, on Saturday, July 5, 2025.”
He added: “A band that ignited my passion for heavy music from the very beginning. Eternal gratitude to @ozzyosbourne, @sharonosbourne, @tommorello, and @andycoppingofficial for their kind consideration.”
