Gemini Oslo Unveils Dreamy Synth-Infused Single “I Slowly Wake Up”

New Single Release

The Gemini Oslo has unveiled their latest single, “I wake up slowly,” which will be featured on their forthcoming EP “Tresor,” set to drop on March 14 via Midnight Records.

Musical Evolution

This new track, crafted by Eric Davis and Claudia Vulliami in their East London studio, showcases the band’s shift towards a more electronic sound, characterized by minimalist compositions and driving rhythms.

“In a way, we’re exploring the transition from being stuck in your thoughts to moving freely,” Vulliami elaborates. “That’s why an elevated rhythm and tempo, along with syncopation and repetition, felt essential. It’s also about a physical awakening and the effort to recall something important for your subconscious. Personally, the most profound dreams evoke deep, rich colors, akin to a deep, resonant bass that often feels like a bruise when you wake up.”
