New Video Release
Young woman! They have unveiled the latest video for their newest single “not like the rest,” filmed in their hometown of Nottingham.
Visual Connection to Identity
The fresh visuals of the band, divided into three segments, were captured in the very streets where they were raised, directly tying into the themes surrounding small-town life and self-discovery.
“This video encapsulates everything the song represents and all the emotions I experienced while writing it,” says singer Georgie. “It’s incredible to have a visual representation that complements the song’s message. The video conveys everything we aimed for, creating a sentiment that transforms fear of being oneself into a celebration of individuality and significance. We just hope to make things a bit easier for other young people.”
Upcoming Tour Dates
Last year, the group released their debut EP “Heartbreak Town” via Soul Kitchen / Emi North. Discussing this release, Georgie shares: “This EP narrates the journey of a girl, from practicing in my living room and hosting home parties to performing at concerts nationwide, with boundless possibilities ahead. All the influences we’ve explored while traveling in our van ultimately contributed to this record. The lyrics are heartfelt messages reflecting my beliefs and intentions, aiming for listeners to resonate and connect with those emotions. From personal tales about liberation and expanding rights to celebrating working-class roots, this is music for everyone, and I believe this aspect sets us apart from other girl groups.”
