Upcoming 4K Reprint Announcement
The Oasis has announced the forthcoming reprint of their musical clips “Standing on the Shoulder of Giants” in 4K resolution.
Yesterday (February 12), the group took to social media to share the news ahead of the 25th anniversary of their fourth album “Standing on the Shoulder of Giants.” According to the announcement, the video will feature remastered sound and will be released over a four-week period.
Video Release Schedule
Four videos from the 2005 album cycle will receive a remastered treatment and will be released every Friday at 12:00 Greenwich Mean Time, from March 14 to April 7. “Who Feels Love?” will be the first 4K reprint tomorrow (February 14), followed by “Sunday Morning Call” a week later.
On February 28, the reprint of “Go Let It Out” will be available, followed by “Where Did It All Go Wrong?” as the final reprint on March 7.
For the first time with Remastered Audio, all official videos from “Standing on the Shoulder of Giants” will premiere on YouTube as 4K!

The announcement comes after Oasis revealed earlier this month that they will be reissuing the 25th anniversary edition of the same album. The new version of the recording is set to be released on February 28, coinciding with the original album’s release back in 2000. It will be available on a limited edition vinyl, including a Silver LP and an exclusive Blue and Purple Marble LP available at their official store.
You can pre-order the 25th anniversary edition of Oasis’s “Standing on the Shoulder of Giants” here.
This reissue of the “… Giants” comes after the group announced the special edition of the 15th anniversary of their compilation album “Time Flies … 1994 – 2009” last year. They also celebrated the 30th anniversary of their original debut “Definitely Maybe” in 2023 and earlier celebrated the 25 years of “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?” in 2020.
Oasis will embark on a major tour this year, marking their first live performances together since 2009. The anticipated tour will kick off with shows in UK and Ireland stadiums this summer, followed by additional dates in North America.
Then, the group is set to perform two more shows at Wembley Stadium in London at the end of September before heading to South Korea and Japan. Further concerts are scheduled in Australia, leading up to an extensive tour in South America in November.
In related news, Liam Gallagher recently addressed the cancellation of thousands of tickets for the OASIS reunion show by Ticketmaster.
Tickets for the British shows were released for sale in August, but despite efforts to prevent reselling at inflated prices, approximately 50,000 tickets ended up on resale platforms. In reaction, Live Nation and SJM promoters confirmed that all tickets sold through secondary ticket sites other than Twickets would be canceled and made available again on Ticketmaster at their original price.
However, the process has not been without issues; fans have taken to social media over the weekend to express their frustration over legally purchased tickets being canceled.
This week on X/Twitter, Liam responded to a fan concerning the ticket situation, who claimed that fans were being treated like bots with their money being returned. Liam replied, “I don’t make the rules. We’re trying to do the right thing. It is what it is, I’m a singer. Stay out of my business.”
Most recently, the group was nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year. Following this nomination, Liam Gallagher criticized the honor, stating, “The RNR Hall of Fame is meant for wankers.”
