Grains Discusses Elon Musk’s Oval Office Appearance
Grains criticized her former partner Elon Musk for reminiscing about his son Lil X during an event in the Oval Office when President Donald Trump signed an executive order.
Musk was present while Trump signed the order to bolster Doni’s authority in the government. At that moment, Musk introduced his son, X æ a-XII, or Lil X, prompting Trump to say: “This is X, and he is a great guy. High IQ. He has an individual IQ.”
Social Media Reactions and Personal Reflections
The pop musician noted that her son was highlighted by Musk in the Oval Office after a fan tweeted on X (formerly Twitter), stating: “Lil X was very polite today! You raised him well. He was so sweet when DJT said: ‘Please forgive me, I need to pee.’ 🥰 “

Grains responded to the tweet, saying: “He should not be in public, as it is. I have not seen this, thanks for warning me. But I’m glad he is polite. Sigh.”
Before being notified about her son’s appearance, Grains took a moment to praise New York Times journalist Ezra Klein for his commentary on X/Twitter, which delved into the early weeks of Trump’s presidency and the excitement surrounding it.
“Ezra Klein is a national treasure,” her tweet began. “He brings the right guy from the opposite point of view, and they calmly reach a callous consensus analysis of the current situation. Politics desperately needs more of this atmosphere right now, for every sanity.”

Elon Musk and Grains share three children: X æ A-12, born in May 2020; EXA Dark Sideræl Musk, born via surrogate in December 2021; and Techno Mechanicus, known as Tau, born at the end of 2023.
They announced their separation in September 2021, confirming they had split three years later, but “they still love each other.”
In November, Grains discussed her struggles against Musk regarding their children and how he allegedly influenced them. Grains expressed: “Delicately tore you into pieces and collected you together. Children present a 10,000 philosophical lessons (that) you can only learn from this experience.”
She continued: “We spent a year embroiled in a legal battle with terrible mother rights, using my Instagram posts and modeling as reasons I should not have my children.”
Earlier in 2023, the musician sued Musk for guardianship rights over Tau, claiming that he did not permit her to visit. Shortly after filing, Grains seemed to suggest that Musk was preventing her from seeing their child: “Tell Elon to let me see my son or, please, have him answer my lawyer,” she tweeted.
Recently, Grains openly sided with Olivia Rodrigo’s comments that men eager to venture into space are “too full (of themselves),” while also extending her support to Musk’s daughter, Vivan, after Musk remarked that she was “killed by the Virus of the Blunting Mind.”
She also responded to Azealia Banks’ comments, which claimed that Grains was abandoned by Musk. In her tweet, Grains asserted: “I did not ‘abandon’. I bounced. My amazing child sleeps in my bed next to me, I’m in love. No regrets. Life is as beautiful as you make it.”
Earlier this year, Grains clarified her stance on Musk’s controversial Nazi gestures during Trump’s presidential inauguration, tweeting: “I am glad to condemn Nazism and extremely alternative law. Will this clarify anything? I just finished breakfast and had to catch a flight, and I’m still discussing how to approach things diplomatically, as I feel out of my depth. But if there is concern about this, I am glad to establish the record (directly) in a significant way.”
