Madonna was recently spotted in a surprise appearance at the New York Comedy Club.

Reports indicate that the pop icon was seen in the comedy basement last Saturday (January 25), after joining friend and comedian Amy Schumer for about half an hour of microphone attempts. According to a source from Sun, the audience “was so stunned” by her presence that “it took the whole set to warm up to it”.
“She did not do as well as you might think. She laughed every time she bombed, because just hearing how Madonna curses is funny,” the source claimed to Sun, also mentioning that the set included jokes about Donald Trump.
Following the evening, Schumer shared a selfie with Madonna at their table, with the caption: “This table is reserved only for the comedy legends of the cellar.”
