Mad Cool 2025: New Line-Up Additions, Including Nine Inch Nails and Geordie Grip, Announced Following Daytime Split Reveal

Nine Inch Nails, Geordie Greep, and more are among the newly revealed performers for Mad Cool 2025.

Other recent additions include Bad Nerves, Chloé Caillet, and Kingfishr.

They will be accompanied by previously announced acts such as Olivia Rodrigo, Kings of Leon, Noah Kahan, punk icon Iggy Pop, Alanis Morissette, and Weezer, who will be performing in Madrid for the first time in two decades. The lineup also includes Thirty Seconds to Mars, Gracie Abrams, St. Vincent, Justice, Bloc Party, Kaizer Chiefs, Wombats, Jet, Glass Animals, and many more.

Festival Details

This year, the multi-year festival is set to take place from July 10 to 12. It will return to Madrid’s Villaverde venue, which festival organizers have indicated has undergone several enhancements. These include a reduction in the number of stages and a general decrease in audience capacity, aimed at minimizing scheduling conflicts and artist overlaps.

New Features This Year

This year’s festival will also showcase its first-ever brunch event! Electronik x Mad Cool is an exclusive day dedicated to highlighting the best electronic music at the festival, set to take place on Sunday, July 13.

Last year’s festival drew in a talented lineup, featuring artists like Dua Lipa, Pearl Jam, Bring Me The Horizon, The Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, Janelle Monáe, Nothing But Thieves, Tom Odell, and many more.

For Nine Inch Nails, the announcement was made today (January 22) as the band confirmed their tour details for the UK, Europe, and North America in 2025. This summer, the American rock band plans to perform extensively under the name Peel It Back, marking their first live performance together since 2022.
