Gwen Stefani was initially listed to appear, but it has now been confirmed that she will be part of the reformed No Doubt. This marks the band’s first performance since Coachella 2024, which was their first show since 2015.

Community Support

The Coachella performances were positively received, and Stefani discussed them in an interview with NME in October. “The idea of No Doubt felt so surreal. It doesn’t mean we decided to stop interacting,” she remarked.

“Everyone’s lives just evolved. We halted things in 2015 while I was coping with a challenging family situation – I hesitate to use the term divorce, as it feels so severe. My life felt like it was shattered, honestly.”

“Many wonder, ‘Why did it take so long to reform No Doubt?’ But when you have a family, eight years can pass in the blink of an eye. Healing from what transpired is ongoing; I’m still working through it.”

She expressed optimism, saying that they “will collaborate again” but emphasized that it must be a well-timed decision that aligns with everyone’s schedules.

Countless musicians have stepped up to support affected communities following the fires. Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD Foundation contributed $2.5 million towards wildfire relief in Los Angeles. Paris Hilton established a fund for displaced families, donating $100,000 and pledging an additional matching amount. Additionally, Dave Grohl celebrated his birthday by preparing food for families impacted by the fires.

The Mexican-American band Fuerza Regida provided accommodation for 50 families escaping the wildfires by renting an entire hotel for a week.

Charli XCX called on brands donating her clothing to “make sure they go to people who truly need them.” She also highlighted a clothing drive led by stylist Lana Jay Lackey, encouraging others to participate and donate.

Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, and other artists have reacted to the “heartbreaking” devastation caused by the wildfires by sharing resource links for those in need.

Members of the Los Angeles music community have reported significant damage: numerous venues, studios, and artists have suffered losses due to the fires.
