Leeds Nightclub to Distribute Lollipops to Patrons to ‘Encourage Quietness’

Leeds Nightclubs Offer Lollipops

Leeds nightclubs Home and Carousel have revealed their plan to distribute lollipops to club patrons to “keep them quiet” and minimize noise complaints.

Extended Hours and Noise Concerns

According to Mixmag, the nightclub, situated on Albion Street in the city center, has recently been granted permission to extend its operating hours. It will now remain open until 4am from Sunday to Thursday and until 5am on Fridays and Saturdays.

This change follows a licensing hearing that took place on Tuesday (January 14). However, the newly extended hours have raised concerns about potential noise and anti-social behavior that could disrupt the nearby K2 Apartments.
