Founded in 1997, Rialto launched their self-titled debut album in 1998. Shortly before its release, the band was dropped by their label East West, ending their chances for major commercial success. Their single “Untouchable” reached the top 20 of the UK Singles Chart, and Rialto became the first British act to release a single exclusively online in the summer of 1998.
