Bearded Theory has revealed the second wave of artists who will perform at the 2025 festival. Check out the latest names added below.

The upcoming 16th edition of Bearded Theory is scheduled to take place from 21st to 25th May at the usual venue, Catton Hall, Derbyshire.
Exciting Lineup Updates
Back in October, the first wave of acts was confirmed, featuring headliners Iggy Pop, Manic Street Preachers, and The Sisters Of Mercy. Other acts included Leftfield, Yard Act, The Mary Wallopers, Ash, CMAT, Nova Gemini, and Fatman.
Today (13 January), the second wave of this year’s artists was announced, including Paul Heaton and The English Teacher.
For Heaton, the former Housemartins frontman will take to the stage alongside Rianne Downey at the upcoming Derbyshire festival, enhancing an impressive lineup on the Pallet Stage. The English Teacher comes off a successful 2024 having released their debut album, This Could Be Texas, and winning the prestigious Mercury Prize, surpassing competitors like Charli XCX and Beth Gibbons.
New additions to the lineup include renowned British singer-songwriter Nadine Shah, Bristol indie singer Katie J Pearson, Chicago experimental songwriter Ezra Furman, punk rock band Mannequin Pussy, and Manchester indie band The Lottery Winners.

For The Lottery Winners, this event follows the anticipated release of their new album, “KOKO”, and an upcoming tour.
Additional new artists joining the Bearded Theory 2025 lineup include Anthony Shmerek, The Alarm, The Vaselines, Gurriers, Du Blonde, and Millie Manders and The Shutup.

Previously confirmed acts for this year’s edition include Divorce, Lime Garden, The Lovely Eggs, Throwing Muses, Bess Atwell, The Selecter, Dream State, CLT DRP, Slaney Bay, and Asian Dub Foundation.
Headlining the 2024 edition are Jane’s Addiction, Future Islands, Amyl and The Sniffers, Sleaford Mods, Orbital, Dinosaur Jr, and Bob Whelan.
Additionally, organizers unveiled the new CODA Dance Zone, showcasing performances from artists such as Orbital, Leeroy Thornhill, and Roni Size.
