Teaser Highlights

On January 10, J-Hope used YouTube and Instagram to unveil a teaser for his upcoming solo project. Titled “Start of a New Dream,” the video features a relaxed hip-hop instrumental and depicts the rapper making his way to Los Angeles while collaborating with producers on new music.

“New music is on the way. 2025.03,” J-Hope shared on Instagram, teasing fans about the imminent release just a couple of months away. This will mark his first solo material after completing his military service in October 2024.

Upcoming Projects

The yet-to-be-titled release is scheduled for a year after his March 2024 EP “Hope on the Street Vol. 1”. This six-track collection features contributions from artists like BTS's Jungkook, LE SSERAFIM's Heo Yunjin, Nile Rodgers, and others.

In a four-star review of this episode, NME, Rhian Daly noted it as “an ode to the rhythms and worlds that took him from Gwangju dreamer to global superstar,” describing it as “bright, sparkling, and a tantalizing reminder of its creator's multi-faceted talents.”

This teaser follows closely after J-Hope’s announcement of his 2025 solo world tour, titled “Hope on the Stage”, which will kick off in Seoul with a three-day concert from late February to early March. J-Hope will continue touring from March to May, with stops in the US, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, and other countries.
