Erol Alkan Celebrates Trash’s Anniversary
Erol Alkan commemorated the 18th anniversary of the closure of London indie and electro club Trash by releasing his classic DJ set from 2002.

Trash gained fame for its ties to the 2000s scenes like the garage rock revival, electroclash, and new rave.
Notable Performances at Trash
Several bands, including the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, LCD Soundsystem, Scissor Sisters, Bloc Party, and the Klaxons, performed there early in their careers. Initially, the club was located in Soho before moving to the West End.
