Incident During Concert
A man has been taken into custody for stabbing a fellow concertgoer multiple times during a metalcore concert.
The incident took place on December 27 during a live show in San Antonio, Texas. According to reports, police were summoned to the Paper Tiger venue after one audience member assaulted another concertgoer, resulting in multiple stab wounds. Consequence.
Arrest and Charges
Local police arrived at the scene following a call around 10:00 p.m. local time and apprehended a 36-year-old man identified as John Guerrero. He has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Officers discovered the 21-year-old victim outside the venue with numerous stab wounds. Guerrero remained at the scene and directed the police to other concert attendees.
A knife was recovered at the location, and the victim was transported to the hospital. Fortunately, he is reported to be in stable condition and is expected to recover.
A local news source, KSAT, later reported that Guerrero was booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on December 28 and subsequently released on $100,000 bail (around £80,594).
Court documents indicate that Guerrero is scheduled for a hearing related to the incident on March 3, as reported by KSAT.
