Upcoming Series Features Matty Healy and Denise Welch
1975's Matty Healy is set to appear with his mum Denise Welch in the upcoming series Celebrities Hunt.
Welch and her husband Lincoln Townley have been announced as part of the new series, which will air on Channel 4 on January 5 at 21:00 BST, as reported earlier this month. In the series, couples attempt to evade “hunters” trying to catch them.
Clip Shows Heartwarming Reunion
Fans have shared a clip from the show where Welch evades hunters to meet Healy backstage at Radio 1's Big Weekend in 2023, the year the group headlined the event.
In the clip, the frontman says: “Seriously, what’s going on? It was heartwarming. I sent random messages to your phone.”
