Pete Tong has revealed an ‘Ibiza Classics’ UK tour featuring Jules Buckley and The Essential Orchestra. All the details are provided below.

Dj and TV presenter, host of Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1, he is set to bring his acclaimed show to six UK arenas at the end of 2025 in honor of his 10th anniversary.

The upcoming series of performances will commence in Glasgow on December 4, with additional stops in Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham. The tour is slated to conclude with two shows at The O2 in London on December 12 and 13.

Tong will be accompanied on stage by his longtime collaborator Jules Buckley and The Essential Orchestra.

The new live show will showcase an array of special guest DJs and singers, highlighting reimaginings of timeless classic house tracks while blending unique orchestration with Tong’s electronic production.

Ibiza Classics first debuted in 2015 as part of the BBC Radio 1 Proms at the historic Royal Albert Hall in London. The official description states that the series pays “a musical tribute to Ibiza and its infectious, energetic brand of club music.”

Tong remarks, “Now celebrating 10 years of enormous success, Ibiza Classics is firmly established in the live music calendar, becoming the most iconic event in the realm of orchestral electronic music.”

Tong is currently on his 2024 Ibiza Classics UK tour and will kick off a two-night stint at London’s O2 tomorrow night (Friday, December 13). Remaining tickets can be found here.

In October, Tong released the single “Release Me” featuring Jules Buckley from the Ibiza Classics series. The DJ is reportedly in the studio working on new music.
