Rico Nasty’s Upcoming Album
Rico is breaking boundaries with the announcement of his third studio album 'Fatal', set to release on May 16 through Ramen Records.
New Music and Artistic Evolution
Along with the album announcement, Rico unveiled a new single “Butterfly Kisses”, featuring a voice note from Zack Fox. He also released a music video for the track “I Can’t Win All of Them.” This follows previous singles, including “Low Level” and “Teethsucker” (YEA3X).
“I was caught in the desire to be understood by the masses, but I admit that perhaps I should not be,” Rico explains. “I felt as though I was living in character. When I first started, it was a whole concept, but it became exhausting.”
“This album is about being confident and embracing who you are,” she adds. “It’s about facing rejection and persevering, remaining true to yourself, and realizing that it ultimately pays off. This project is a tribute to self-empowerment.”
Additionally, Rico will make her debut in the upcoming Apple TV+ and A24 series “Margo’s Got Money Crests,” sharing the screen with Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman, and Nick Offerman.
