Final Musical Guests Announced

Arcade Fire and Bad Bunny have been confirmed as the final musical guests for this season of Saturday Night Live.

SNL shared the lineup for the last three shows of the current season on their social media channels yesterday (April 24).

Upcoming Show Details

On May 3, Abbott Elementary‘s Quinta Brunson will host with musical guest Benson Bun. Following that, on May 10, Arcade Fire will join host Walton Goggins, star of the latest season of White Lotus. Lastly, on May 17, Bad Bunny will perform with host Scarlett Johansson.

The upcoming show will mark the sixth appearance of Arcade Fire on SNL. They first performed on the show in November 2007 to promote their album “Neon Bible,” and their most recent appearance was in May 2022 for their album “We.”

In February, the band took the stage with David Byrne and St. Vincent to cover David Bowie’s “Heroes” during the celebration of the 50th anniversary of SNL.

Earlier this month, Win Butler announced that the group released their new album “Pink Elephant,” unveiling the first single “The Year of the Snake” and the title track on April 25. Their upcoming SNL appearance will follow the release of the LP on May 9 and precede a special concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 14. Get your tickets here.

The band also confirmed that instrumentalist Richard Reed Parry will miss the “Pink Elephant” performance due to being on vacation.

“Pink Elephant” marks the first Arcade Fire album since the 2022 allegations of sexual misconduct against Butler. In response to the accusations, Butler expressed regret for anyone he might have offended but maintained that “all these relationships were consensual.”
