Fontaines DC’s Album Release
Fontaines DC has launched a lavish edition of their fourth album, 'Romance', via XL Recordings, which features three bonus tracks.
Expanded Tracklist Details
This expanded edition includes a fresh track, “I Just Forgot Before You”, produced by James Ford. It also features the recent single “It Is Amazing to Be Young” and a live rendition of 'Starburster' combined with David Lynch's 'In Heaven (Lady in the Radiator Song)' from the 1977 film Eraserhead.
Conor Calry discusses the new track, stating, “Before You Just Forgot is a song that originated from a vision of a truly explosive sound. It evolves and reveals new details with each listen. As they say, you can never step into the same river twice; the song shifts and transforms, culminating in an extraordinary string arrangement by Gian.”
This release aligns with Fontaines DC’s major tour across North America, which includes three shows in the iconic Hammerstein Ballroom, New York. The band is also set to perform at four major outdoor events in the UK this summer, highlighted by a capacity show of 45,000 at Finsbury Park, London.
