BeyoncĂ© Reportedly Lowers Prices for “Cowboy Carter” Tour, Thousands of Tickets Available for Opening Show

Ticket Price Adjustments

Prices for tickets for the upcoming world tour BeyoncĂ© ‘Cowboy Carter’ have reportedly been reduced in certain cities due to lower than expected sales.

The pop star announced a major performance in the United States for February and quickly added more dates in the States, as well as in Great Britain and France.

There is significant demand for tickets in some cities, like Las Vegas, which has seen two additional shows scheduled to meet public enthusiasm. However, it seems that not all stops on the tour have enjoyed the same level of popularity.

A recent report from Independent has stated that the premiere on April 28 in Los Angeles still has over 3,200 unsold tickets, while the last two nights in the city each have more than 3,800 standard tickets still available.

Standard tickets for the first show start at $85, with resale tickets dropping to as low as $35.

Sales Trends Across Locations

This trend appears to be reflective of most American venues: nearly 6,000 tickets remain unsold for a show in Atlanta on July 14, including 50 percent of floor seats, while over 5,500 tickets for the last night in New Jersey are still available.

Live Nation has previously denied reports of ticket sales issues for Beyoncé. Last month, Billboard reported that 94% of tickets for the tour were sold.

In the UK, tickets have been priced higher, although they have not outperformed the success of the 2023 Renaissance tour. This year, Beyoncé plans to hold six consecutive shows at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London, which appears to be nearly sold out.

Other Artists Facing Challenges

The singer of “Cuff It” is not the only major artist struggling to fill venues lately. Last month, Linkin Park announced they would be scaling back their show at the Dodgers stadium in Los Angeles to a smaller venue with lower capacity and reducing ticket prices for certain performances.

This tour supports her Grammy-winning album released in March of last year. NME awarded the album five stars, stating, “Even when viewed purely as an artistic spectacle, it’s an undeniable thrill to witness (Beyoncé) swinging for the fences in a project that dares to be so intimate and vocal-oriented, while simultaneously making space for rising country.”

The announcement of the UK dates at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has had an unexpected consequence for the Rugby Football Union (RFU), with CEO Bill Sweeney arguing that licensing restrictions have forced them to miss the tour show.

Previously, BeyoncĂ© toured in support of her last studio album “Renaissance” in 2023. This resulted in significant revenue, totaling $579 million (ÂŁ455.7 million), making it one of the most lucrative tours of all time.

Earlier this year, BeyoncĂ© won the “Best Album of the Year” at the Grammy 2025 for “Cowboy Carter.” With a total of 99 nominations, she is now the most nominated artist in Grammy history and holds the record for the most Grammy wins, totaling 35. Additionally, she is the first Black woman to win the award for Best Country Album.
