Soulless Daboi has released their new single, “Abstract Mona Lisa”, which is featured on their upcoming album, “I Do Not Want to See You in Heaven.”
New Track and Music Video
The latest track by the Atlanta sextet comes with a vibrant music video that captures their live energy. The album is set to debut on May 16 through MNRK Heavy, following their previous singles, “Headless Trout/Demon of Unreality, Lame as a Dog” and “Lemon.”
Meaning Behind the Song
Vocalist Karson Pace shares insights on the song’s meaning: “Throughout my life, there have been countless moments where I felt intertwined with my passion. It has been destructive and painful, causing me to sacrifice a conventional life. This song reflects my attempt to embrace that passion, regardless of the fallout. It’s less of a jab at normalcy and more of a love letter to my own band.”
The band is currently on tour, supporting Chiodos for their 20th Anniversary tour, alongside Hawthorne Heights and Emmure. Following this tour, they will join Beartooth for select dates and perform at the Unhindered Festival, culminating the year on the Coheed and Cambria SS Neverender cruise.
