Watch Jenny from Blackpink Bring Kali Uchis on Stage to Say ‘Damn Correctly’ at Coachella

Jenny’s Performance at Coachella

The Blackpink star Jenny recently brought Kali Uchis on stage to perform their collaboration “Damn Correctly” during the opening weekend of Coachella this past Saturday.

Memorable Set and Special Guest

On April 13, Jenny Blackpink made her debut at the Open Air Theater. During her set, the K-Pop sensation performed several songs from her newly released solo album, Ruby, as well as fan favorites like “Solo” and “You and Me.”

Jenny captivated the audience when she invited Kali Uchis to join her for the track “Damn, True” from Ruby. This studio version features Uchis alongside the rapper Childish Gambino, who did not join them on stage.

Jenny’s solo set at Coachella 2025 marks her second performance at this iconic music festival. In 2023, she and her Blackpink group made history as the first K-Pop act to perform at the event.

Critical Acclaim for Ruby

Earlier this year, NME‘s Crystal Bell awarded Jenny’s “Ruby” a glowing four-star review, stating, “She affirms herself not only as a global star but also as a fully realized artist, crafting her sound and vision with intention that signals genuine growth.”

The album marks Jenny’s first release under her own label, ODD Atelier, in partnership with Columbia Records. She established the label at the end of 2023, shortly after YG Entertainment announced that Jenny and her Blackpink bandmates would not renew their solo contracts with the company.
