New Music and Future Album Insights

Meanwhile, Yungblud recently showcased three new songs during an unexpected show at Scala in London, titled “Lovingick Lullaby,” “Zombie,” and his latest single “Heaven, Hello.”

Little is known about his upcoming album, although Yungblud has dropped several hints in recent months. Last December, he told NME that it’s likely to be a double album, expressing pride in the music and engaging fans through social media.

Recently, Harrison spoke with Apple Music and shared more insights into the recording process. “I listened to a lot of old school music, returning to artists like Bonnie Wright, Linda Ronstadt, Led Zeppelin, and even Elton John,” he said. “Rock is my genre. I feel that I was indulging in many different things and trying to twist rock, but I feel that at this moment it is exciting, because rock music feels expansive… It needed to sound big, it had to sound cinematic.”

In other Yungblud news, this summer, the Doncaster singer will perform at the second edition of his own Bludfest festival, alongside Chase Atlantic, Denzel Curry, Black Bear, and former NME cover star Rachel Chinouriri, as well as PRC stars. Visit here for tickets.
