ATC Expands Its Portfolio
London from the headquarters of ALL Things Communica (ATC): The group has acquired a controlling share in Easy Life Entertainment, as this independent music company continues to grow its portfolio through strategic acquisitions.
ATC recently announced that its income more than doubled in 2024, totaling GBP 50 million pounds (approximately 63.9 million US dollars based on the average exchange rate for 2024) after investing a multimillion-dollar sum in mergers and acquisitions over the past three years.
Recent Acquisitions of ATC
Recent transactions include the purchase of a 50% stake in McKeown Events (now known as Joy Entertainment) for GBP 475,000 pounds (371,925 US dollars); a 55% stake in Unprocessed Power Management (home to artists like Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, Jordan Adetongzhi, and Heartworm), for 1.41 million pounds; and a 60% stake in the trading company Sandbag, among others.
The latest acquisition, Easy Life, was founded by Jamie Osman in 2014. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Easy Life is described as an “Independent Business Management of Artists, Records, and PR.”
This acquisition enhances Easy Life’s capabilities in management, records, and PR services, adding to ATC’s growing asset portfolio within the music industry, which already supports over 860 clients globally before the acquisition.
“Jamie’s entrepreneurship is highly respected in the industry, and today’s acquisition perfectly complements what we are building at ATC, enhancing our ability to serve and support artists at every stage of their careers.”
Adam Driscall, ATC Group
Real Life Management represents acts such as Tomorrow, Honeycomb, Bears in Trees, Lexi Carroll, Mouth Culture, and Anais, while Easy Life Records has produced top albums for artists including Lower Than Atlantis and Tonight Alive.
“We are thrilled to welcome Easy Life Entertainment to the group,” stated Adam Driscall, CEO of ATC Group.
“Jamie’s entrepreneurial spirit is highly regarded in the industry, and today’s acquisition aligns seamlessly with our vision at ATC, enabling us to better serve and support artists throughout their careers.”
The transaction also includes Easy Life Publicity and Plugging Company, led by Easy Life Publicist Mark James, who has managed campaigns for rock acts such as All Time Low, The 41st Hour, Deaf Havana, Deep Neck, Simple Plan, Travi$ McCoy, and Tool.
For ATC Group, this acquisition broadens its offerings across three units: representation, services, events, and experiences.
The company has expanded its services beyond traditional artist management, including tours, merchandising, e-commerce, direct broadcasts, and event promotions.
ATC trades on a subscription-based exchange Aquis and raised 4.1 million pounds in its IPO during December 2021. The company’s board is currently considering moving its listing status to the market controlled by the London Stock Exchange, as mentioned by ATC in February.
According to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, ATC Group’s current market capitalization is approximately 17.78 million pounds (about 22.9 million dollars at current exchange rates).
“I have been a long-time admirer of Adam and the ambition of the team to provide a genuinely multifaceted approach to the modern music industry, which we are gradually building in our group of companies,” Osman stated.
“This partnership will allow us to offer enhanced services to our management clients, be more ambitious in our marketing acquisitions, and expand our press services on a global scale. My mantra has always been ‘only work with good people,’ and this is certainly true regarding this new venture. In the upcoming years, we look forward to growing Easy Life Entertainment with the ATC team.”
Headquartered in London, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and across Europe, ATC already represents notable artists such as Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, The Smile, Sleaford Mods, and Yaeji.
Its booking agency, ATC Live, manages 570 artists, including Amyl & The Sniffers, Big Thief, Black Pumas, English Teacher, Fei Webster, Fontaines DC, Good Neighbors, Jungle, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Royel Otis, Squid, The Lumineers, and Yard.
