Eminem has officially become a grandfather as his daughter Hailie Jade welcomed a son named Elliot Marshall McClint.

The 29-year-old Hailie, Eminem’s only biological child with ex-wife Kim Scott, shared the joyful news on Instagram on Friday (April 4), writing: “Happy term // 3 weeks of Little Earth.”

Related photos confirm the child’s name and date of birth as March 14. His middle name, Marshall, honors his grandfather, whose full name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III. Some fans have also pointed out that his initials can be interpreted as “EM & M.”

Announcement And Family Traits

This past October, Eminem hinted at becoming a grandfather in the video for his song “Temporary,” which was dedicated to his daughter. The video features a montage of their life together, including a moment when Hailie gifts him a blue jumper with the words “grandfather 1” printed on it.

In the video, she also hands him what appears to be an ultrasound image, surprising the rapper before he shows it to the camera.

Hailie later confirmed her pregnancy with husband Evan McClintock in an Instagram post, stating: “Mom and dad Est. 2025.” The couple, who has been together since 2016, tied the knot in May 2024.

Previously, Eminem’s daughter revealed that she “heard” while listening to his new album “Death of a Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce).”

Referring to the music video for “Someone, Save Me,” which portrays an alternate reality where Eminem did not overcome his struggles, she stated: “Speaking of things I watched last week, I think I mentioned it but refused to watch it again—the music video ‘Save Me.’
