Alan Duggan-Borges of Gilla Band Unveils His Debut EP as NULL CLUB

Introducing Null Club

Null Club, a project by Alan Duggan-Borges from Gilla Band, has released their debut EP featuring the new single of the same name, ’14 hours’, with guest participation from Faris Badwan of The Horrors.

Creative Process and Collaborations

Duggan-Borges crafted the EP using a blend of vintage synthesizers, drum machines, and guitars, delving into noise elements, technology, experimental hip-hop, and post-punk influences. This collaborative project showcases guest vocals from Badwan, Valentina Collent from Mandy, Indiana, and the prominent presence of Armand Hammer.

Reflecting on the single “14 hours,” Duggan-Borges shares, “Faris reached out to Gilla Band to say hello a while back, and I was fortunate enough to convince him to join this track. I’ve been a huge fan of The Horrors ever since.”
